SERVICES (PROTOCOL)
The CleanRoomsNaturally PROTOCOL is a highly effective, comprehensive, environmentally-friendly system that eliminates or minimizes allergens that may be present in hotel rooms today (Reference). We do not use potentially harmful or dangerous chemical treatments such as ozone.

Our protocol initially, and on a periodic schedule, treats every room component including:

All hard surfaces

Carpet, upholstery, drapes and blinds

Mattresses

Vents, air vent grills

Ambient air

Entire bathroom

We minimize biological pollutants, allergens and irritants like mold, fungi, yeast, bacteria, viruses, pollen, pet dander and dust mites.

The CleanRoomsNaturally PROTOCOL starts with a visual assessment and testing and ends with a Certification of a NaturallyCleanRoom. See the CleanRoomsNaturally PROTOCOL steps below:

STEP 1: Perform visual inspection and testing (testing ambient air, moisture, humidity and temperature) using Hydro-Thermometer, Moisture Encounter Plus, UV-SND Dual-Wavelength Ultraviolet Inspection/Disinfection Lamp, Black Lights.

STEP 2: Set up air filtration unit, apply natural powders that deodorize and sanitize using a HEPA air filtration system combined with optimized sorbent media. This system provides the ultimate solution for indoor air pollution by capturing both particulate and gaseous contaminants. In addition, it removes pollen, odors, tobacco smoke, dust, vapors and many other irritants and allergens. NOTE: From a conservation perspective, it costs no more to operate than a 60-watt light bulb.

STEP 3: Perform general cleaning and dusting on all hard surfaces.

STEP 4: Vapor steam cleaning system. Vapor steam cleaning sanitizes, deep cleans and deodorizes. The heat of the steam penetrates the pores of any material being cleaned so that the dry steam instantly kills dust mites, viruses, molds and fungi. Vapor steam cleaning uses true steam (usually between 240 – 260 degrees Fahrenheit.) Only tap water is used in vapor steam cleaning. This makes it the most ecologically-friendly and effective way of cleaning.

STEP 5: HEPA vacuum furniture and carpeting using a NilFisk GM-80 HEPA vacuum which filters 99.7% of particles greater than .3 microns in size. This unit is recommended for allergy and asthma sufferers.

STEP 6: Mattress cleaning system. This specialized equipment combines high frequency pulsating waves, suction and high intensity germ-killing UV-3 light to pulverize and extract all harmful organisms.

STEP 7: Apply sanitizing spray to mattress, upholstery and carpets. Neutralizes protein allergens created by dust mites, pet dander and bacteria.

STEP 8: Certify the room is a NaturallyCleanRoom. Sign off on the protocol ensuring that Steps 1-7 have been followed.
